Information We Collect
We collect account information such as your name, email address, organization, authentication identifiers, membership role, and sign-in timestamps. If you use paid features, our payment processor may collect billing details and share billing status, plan, subscription, checkout, and transaction metadata with us.
We collect product data you submit to Decion, including decisions, knowledge sources, work items, email-related data, memory and session data, access-control data, and related metadata.
We collect operational data such as IP address, browser and device details, request logs, security events, usage events, diagnostics, error reports, audit records, and resource-level activity metrics.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide, secure, operate, support, and improve Decion. This includes authentication, authorization, billing, usage limits, metered storage, retrieval, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, audit logs, and customer support.
We may process submitted product data through cloud, database, identity, email, payment, object storage, observability, and AI infrastructure providers when needed to deliver the service. In hosted environments, Decion may process customer content and search queries through embedding infrastructure to support retrieval and ranking.
We do not sell personal information.
Cookies And Local Storage
Decion and its identity providers use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies for essential functions such as sign-in, token storage, session continuity, security, fraud prevention, and routing.
Decion may use analytics, advertising cookies, pixels, server-side conversion events, or similar technologies on public marketing pages, product pages, and billing or conversion flows to measure campaigns, understand site activity, and improve outreach. Conversion events may include event metadata and hashed contact identifiers for matching and deduplication. Where required, we will provide applicable notices and controls.
Sharing
We share information with service providers that help us run Decion, including hosting, database, identity, payment, email, attachment storage, support, logging, security, observability, and AI infrastructure providers.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect Decion and our users, to investigate abuse or security issues, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
Retention And Deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide Decion, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain auditability, and protect the service. Some operational, usage, audit, and memory or session records may be kept or pruned under configured retention schedules.
You can delete certain product data in the product or API. You may request deletion of account or organization data by contacting us. Some information may remain in backups, audit logs, billing records, or security records where retention is necessary.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for protecting your credentials, API keys, MCP keys, and connected systems.
Your Choices
You can update certain account information in the product or by contacting us. You can also request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and security requirements.
